A little about what the course contains: 

• Lecture on drums

• The history of the drum

• Historical and shamanic use 

• How to use the drum (how to play the drum) 

• Experience the drum

• How to find your drumming 

• Inauguration ceremony of your drum

What is included:

• Drum frame in 40 or 50 cm in diameter 

• Skins from reindeer or deer

• Stick, wool and leather to make drumsticks

• Air hose that allows you to tune the drumhead.

Can be bought extra:

• Leather cord, feathers and beads to decorate the drum

• Specially made drumstick with 2 sides (fur and leather)

• Drum bag to protect the drum

• Rattles (if available)

Duration and price:

The course runs over one day. The number of hours varies based on the number of participants and work pace. The price per participant is NOK 3,000.
