RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
At urtromme.no, you have by law a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If the deadline has expired, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs). In order for the right of withdrawal to be enforced, the products must be returned in the same condition and within a reasonable time. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
If you cancel the entire purchase, you will be refunded the value of the item within 14 working days after we have received the return. If the order is paid by card, the amount will be returned directly to the same card that was used at the time of purchase.
In the same way that it is our responsibility that the package arrives to you, it is your responsibility as a customer that the package returns to us when it is returned. This means that you as a customer are responsible for the contents of the package until we receive it. We therefore recommend using the Norway package with tracking for return shipments. Remember to take care of the tracking number.

If there are any faults or defects in the instruments, they are treated as a complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. It is important that errors and omissions are reported as soon as they are discovered. In the event of complaints, postage costs are covered by urtromme.no.
The instruments must not be used, damaged or washed.
The instruments must be returned in the packaging you received them in, unless the packaging is damaged. In that case, it must be sent in the corresponding packaging.
